Speechies For You are commencing a very exciting New Graduate program! We are proud to say that this graduate program is aimed at supporting Speechies launch their career within a structured and supportive environment with a heavy focus on up-skilling and professional development (particularly in the beginning).
Speechies For You fosters a culture of reflective practice, ensuring we maintain daily reviews and regular team meetings to learn and improve.
Speechies For You offers an innovative mentoring program to ensure that you feel supported including weekly mentoring and support around any potential clinical challenges you’re facing.
We also offer access to a pool of mentors who can offer ‘continual professional development’ to help new Speechie Graduates build strong clinical reasoning skills, soft skills and professional writing skills. This is a valuable resource for obtaining clinical insights, suggesting therapy strategies, proofing a report or equally, offering tips for managing work life balance and considering Speechie wellbeing. Mentors are also great for a quick chat to check-in to to say hello!
We also offer support to help you achieve your SPA CPSP status as soon as possible!

Speech Therapy Assistants (AHA Program) Expression of interest
All our Speech Pathology Assistants bring a diverse range of clinical and practical experiences, a passion for speech therapy and a genuine commitment to learning/development.
We take pride in creating an environment where SPAs are involved in every step of our client's Speech journey so that you can learn from every opportunity and provide best service experience to our clients! You can expect to be a part of the client's family meetings, the assessment process and to work collaboratively with the Speechies to create at-home programs that will best support our clients. As part of this learning and development environment, we provide ongoing supervision and PD to ensure you are always building on your clinical and non-clinical skills so that you can achieve your own professional goals.
This role is open to both experienced AHAs or third/final year Speech Pathology students.
If you are a third year or final year Speech Pathology Student, this is a great way to transition into our New Graduate Program. This strong foundation, nurtured by the support and guidance of our senior Speechie Team is a great way to unlock your full potential, develop your professional identity and make meaningful contributions to clients.
